Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. Here are some simple & easy juices you can make at home:

  1. Invincibility potion:
  2. Juice 2 heads of red leafed lettuce with 1 head of green cabbage. This is a creamy drink. A powerful mineral booster. This is great to drink following a workout too!
  3. Rejuvenator:
  4. Juice 4 oranges, 4 lemons, 4 limes, 2 grapefruits, 2 tangerines and 10 feijoas (pineapple guavas). These are alkaline and internal cleansers to help remove internal debris, even in the capillaries of the eye. Excellent for a juice fast!
  5. Performance:
  6. 1 glass of coconut water and 1 heaping tablespoon of spirulina. Spirulina is the highest protein food on the planet, and coconut water has the most electrolytes! These are both alkaline. Together, they can drive anyone, especially athletes to superior performance in all areas!
  7. Iron Booster:
  8. 10 strawberries, 10 raspberries, 1 slice watermelon and 1 handful of parsley. Blend and serve! Red fruits, especially berries contain high amounts of iron. Red watermelon has the highest iron content of any fruit. Parsley has the highest iron content of any green leafy vegetable. This is excellent for any women just before, or following menstruation.
  9. Eczema:And finally, for those that experience rough patches from time to time or have Eczema skin issues: To help alleviate this condition, after bathing, rub fresh *Organic Aloe Vera gel, fresh *noni fruit, *MSM lotion, *coconut oil,* avocado and or *papaya into the eczema daily. Make yourself a nice concoction and put in a glass jar, and leave in your bathroom. Also, consider at least 6 colonics initially to allow the body to detoxify through the colon rather than the skin.
