When we think about whales, we must also thing about their enormous size, and ask “how do they get that big?” Well, they eat single celled organisms called plankton, which are tiny plants and animals floating in the oceans. This plankton is also suitable for humans to consume, which consists of micro-algae called chlorella and spirulina. These two are by far the highest sources of usable protein of any food in nature. Just one teaspoon of either of these contain as much protein as once ounce of beef! They also clean and detoxify the body from toxic heavy metals! We now can ask…. “Where’s the Micro-algae?!”
